All from one producer, with two coffees from the El Vergel farm in Tolima, and one from Huila, these trio of Colombian singles offer a complete and elevated tasting experience.
Comprising of three uniquely special coffees, all between 88-90 on a Q grading score, each offers an insight into different flavours and processing methods:
El Vergel Magnum • From 1,500MASL, this Sidra variety single origin has strong fruit notes of Banana, Peach and Strawberry from a wonderfully experimental Natural Mosto Anaerobic processing method.
Fresno Blossom • A Java variety coffee packed with sweetness and a full body, it's processing by carbonic maceration results in mouth watering watermelon, chamomile and panela. Also from an estate at 1,500MASL.
La Bohemia • The result of a Borbon Sutil processing, and from a higher 1,900MASL, La Bohemia is an explosion of Mango, Vanilla and Green Apple, with a washed processing for exceptionally clean tasting.
Being rare, we can only offer small quantities of these coffees, exclusively in this gift box, and roaster to order on Mondays and Thursdays, and shipped the same day as roasting.
